Subscription plan is assigned to your account, however under certain circumstances you can request to move it to a new account, just contact us.

You can delete old device safely. License won’t be lost, it will be automatically brought back to billing section, including period left.
You will need to use a PC or laptop for this process, if for any reason you are not able to access this, we can do it on your behalf. Please let us know the name of the device and the email account you use to log in, as well as the term you would like to purchase.
